Digital Goods and Services:
At Lune Trading, we specialize in digital goods and services which are intangible and irrevocable. Consequently, all sales are final with no provisions for refunds. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Purchase and Payment:
Upon finalizing a purchase, your credit/debit card or other payment method will be promptly charged. By modifying, adding, or using a credit card or other payment method, you give us full authorization to make charges, including future charges. Please note that after this stage, you cannot cancel the purchase or seek a refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Paid Plans:
You have the option to discontinue automatic renewal of your Lune Trading account by using our online system or by contacting us via e-mail at support@lunetrading.com. Upon cancellation, future automated renewals are deactivated, but you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your pre-paid period. All fees paid are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. Pre-paid plans, once activated, are not eligible for refunds. Future renewals can be canceled within the application or by reaching out to our customer support.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Free Trials:
For free trial accounts, automated renewals can be canceled using the same methods as mentioned above. Canceling your trial will deactivate access immediately and disable future automated renewals. All charges are non-refundable, and it is your responsibility to manage your subscription. Renewed trial plans are not refundable once activated.
Cryptocurrency Payments:
Please note that we do not issue refunds for purchases made using cryptocurrencies via Coinbase.
Plan Renewals:
To ensure seamless service, all renewals are automated by default. You can disable automated renewal in your account settings. Renewals take place on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan. If you do not cancel before your next renewal date, the service will continue to renew until you do. We send renewal reminder emails 5 days in advance to notify customers and give them the chance to cancel if they wish. Changes to your plan can only be made going forward; no retroactive alterations are allowed. Please note that neither partial nor full refunds are permissible, and all renewal charges are final.
